Terms and Conditions
Selling Policy:
In case of delay in receiving the new products, or those that have been repaired in the maintenance department, for a period of two months from the date of the invoice, the products will be considered the property of the company, and the paid amount cannot be refunded.
The full invoice value must be paid before the products are delivered to the customer.
Upon the customer's signature on the receipt, it is considered an acknowledgment from them that the products have been received in good condition.
Warrant Policy:
The warranty covers the devices for a period of one year from the date of the invoice.
The warranty does not cover misuse of the equipment such as (washing with water, breakage, electrical malfunction, or non-compliance with the instructions mentioned in the equipment manual).
The warranty does not cover cooling devices in case periodic maintenance and cleaning are not carried out.
The customer loses the warranty if they attempt to repair the product themselves, or through another party.
For maintenance and warranty, the invoice number is required.
Important Points:
Client should provide work permit or entry permit to the site if required.
Client should provide gas hose and regulator for gas operated equipment.
We recommend our client to make maintenance and clean for all refrigeration units.
The Installation of equipment should be done by our team to activate the warranty.
All the civil work (ex: water drain, electric etc..) and duct or fan for hood, are not included in our scope.
Please check the product features, voltage, kilowatts, and gas requirement carefully before placing the order.
Exchange and Refund Policy:
The consumer has the right to refund or replace the product only if it is defective:
1. Within a period 5 days.
2. The product/s must be unused with all original packaging material.
3. The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sale invoice.
The Return and Exchange are not applicable:
1. You do not desire the product.
2. All stainless-steel fabrication made by our factory.
